EXCEL SEALING SOLUTION Supplies high Alumina Ceramics seal faces from 95% to 99% Alumina as per below datasheets. This Ceramic ware parts are specially developed for chemical plant seal face applications and other similar applications in which corrosive attack is likely to be particularly severe. This material has been subjected to extensive and rigorous laboratory testing to determine the effects of various reagents/chemicals on surface finish. The stability to acid of components made from this material has been determined to be within 0-10mg mg/cm2.

PTFE Products

PTFE compression packing, are made of Polytetrafluoroethylene, is known for its exceptionally high resistance to chemicals and low friction. PTFE Gland packings are made of specially selected polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filaments or exfoliated graphite acrylic fiber.

PTFE is known for outstanding resistance to a wide range of chemicals, low coefficient of friction, very little water absorption, and wide temperature tolerance including cryogenic applications. Therefore, PTFE compression packings are great for demanding applications where strong solvents, corrosive chemicals and oxidizing media require to be sealed. We supply the PTFE material in following form,

O Rings

This are the most preferred sealing component because of the low cost, ease to make & simple mounting requirements. It is designed in such a way that it can fit in a groove and be compressed to give better sealing qualities. They are manufactured through a process known as molding.

O-Rings are available in various sizes the most common of them being AS568, BS & JIS2401 to name a few. Its size constitutes of two main dimensions: Inner Diameter (ID) & Cross Section (CS).
