Excel Sealing Solution manufactures rings in various shapes as per customer requirements. Tungsten Carbide Rings are made with Cobalt or Nickel as binder material, replacing previously used Hardened Steel and Steel alloys in Indian Industries.
Standard WC-Co grade offering excellent hardness, toughness and wear resistance. Most widely used binder for mechanical seal applications in general industrial use.
WC-Ni grade provides superior corrosion resistance compared to cobalt binder — ideal for corrosive chemical and pharmaceutical environments.
